Investigation On The Status Quo Of Rural Governance In Z City And Research On Problems

The "three rural" issues are related to social stability,national prosperity and national rejuvenation.In recent years,Z City has coordinated the implementation of the strategy of establishing an ecological city and strengthening the city by industry,and coordinated the promotion of new industrialization and agricultural modernization,ensuring that the urban and rural areas are more optimized,and the development quality and benefits continue to improve.However,with the in-depth transformation and adjustment of the economy and society,the communication and integration of urban and rural society has accelerated,and the existing rural political system,rural economic development trend,rural cultural construction status,and the maintenance of rural social fairness and justice in Z City cannot satisfy the majority of villagers.The increasing material and cultural needs of the people,the increasing aging of rural society,the widespread phenomenon of hollow villages,and the increasing gap between urban and rural social development,etc.,have appeared.Petition cases have occurred frequently because of the violation of villagers' rights.The loss of traditional rural culture has become prominent,superstition,and Violence and other unhealthy townships occur from time to time,constantly eroding the pure land of the countryside.Facts have proved that the strengthening and improvement of rural governance has reached the time when the arrow is on the line and must be launched.This research is based on such a big environment.This article combines public governance theory,consultative democracy theory,villager autonomy theory,rule of law and rule of morality to conduct a thorough investigation of the current situation of village governance in Z City,through literature research method,comparative research method,empirical analysis method,and questionnaire survey method.And interview method,the overall analysis of village governance in Z City.A total of 1,300 questionnaires were distributed and 100 people were interviewed.At the sametime,it compares the advanced experience of rural governance in Tongxiang City,Zhejiang Province,Wuzhong City in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and Feixiang District,Handan City,Hebei Province.It is concluded that the current problems of village governance in Z City are: blind spots in the exercise of the self-governing rights of villagers in Z City,insufficient supervision of the rural public power in Z City,insufficient release of the rural economic development potential of Z City,and villages in Z City.The culture of civilization has not been fully established in four aspects.The article analyzes and demonstrates the cause and historical origin of the problem,and proposes that the construction of the rural governance system in Z City is lacking,the publicity and education of rural governance in Z City are not in place,the rural economic structure of Z City is not optimized,and the rural governance system in Z City is not enough.Soundness and other four reasons.On this basis,three suggestions are put forward to solve the current rural governance problems,namely: constructing the rural governance system of Z City,promoting the standardization of rural governance planning in Z City,and deploying a rural governance system with Z characteristics.This article aims to promote the work of rural governance in Z City,and provide suggestions for rural governance to improve governance efficiency and help rural revitalization.
