With the deepening of trade protectionism and the fragmentation of international aid,global economic development is facing a setback,which makes international cooperation more difficult and the global supply of public goods seriously inadequate.In this international environment,China has taken the initiative to put forward "the Belt and Road Initiatives" cooperation.By providing regional public goods assistance to the international community,China's non-exclusive,non-competitive and positive externalities of regional public goods are used to stimulate endogenous trust among countries to create a good environment for cooperation.Based on this,this article starts from the attributes of the regional public products of"the Belt and Road Initiatives",sorts out the core concepts of the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" and regional public products,clarifies the development process of“the Belt and Road Initiatives" regional public product supply,and reinforces this Conceptual basis;further,based on public product theory,resource allocation theory,and externality theory as the theoretical support,construct the overall analysis framework of the article.Secondly,based on the realistic basis of China's "the Belt and Road Initiatives" regional public product supply,this article analyzes the internal development drivers and external coordination drivers of regional public product supply under the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" vision,fully tapping into the current“the Belt and Road Initiatives" The supply problems and causes of regional public goods under the current situation.Finally,this article draws on the successful experience of the European Union and Japan on regional public goods supply and combines the actual situation of the“the Belt and Road Initiatives”to form an optimization mechanism to solve "the Belt and Road Initiatives" regional public goods supply problem.The optimization mechanism includes free trade,long-term effective cooperation,cultural interaction and risk response.In a word,the analysis of key issues in the supply of regional public goods in the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" region is of great value to the accumulation of experience in regional cooperation.The study of the optimization system for the supply of regional public goods in the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" region has implications for the mutual benefit and win-win of regional countries effect.This article also hopes to further promote the strategic goal of the community of human destiny to take root in the surrounding countries by summarizing and summarizing the supply of regional public goods under the"the Belt and Road Initiatives" vision.
