Performance Evaluation Of The Korean Government From The Perspective Of "Internet +" And Its Enlightenment To My Country

Performance evaluation is one of the earliest forms of business management in which companies evaluate and assess members in terms of their ability,attitude,and performance at work.The way,subject,object and criteria of appraisal together constitute a systematic performance evaluation system.Later,performance appraisal was introduced into government management and became an important method for government to regulate administrative behavior and improve administrative effectiveness.Performance evaluation is widely used by governments around the world.The government performance evaluation in Korea started early and gradually developed into a government performance evaluation system through continuous exploration and development,and the formation of the system has promoted the efficiency and effectiveness of government performance evaluation.With the rapid development of "Internet+",the level of information is also increasing,and various new businesses are emerging and developing under "Internet+".Relying on the development of the Internet,the Korean government to explore new ways of government performance evaluation,and innovate new methods on government performance evaluation,which also brings some inspiration for China to actively explore the innovation and change of government performance evaluation in the context of "Internet+" development.We can learn from Korea's advanced experience and innovative system to better develop and improve our government performance evaluation,and promote the deep integration of "Internet+" and government performance evaluation.
