Research On The Construction Of Rural Culture In Guizhou Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The construction of contemporary rural civilization is put forward in order to prosper rural culture and improve the degree of social civilization under the vision of rural revitalization strategy.In order to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the country implements the strategy of rural revitalization,and strives to make up for the shortcomings of rural development and realize the comprehensive rural revitalization.Rural civilization construction and other general requirements of rural revitalization strategy,such as "prosperous industry,ecological livability,effective governance and affluent life",complement each other.It is necessary to integrate the spiritual power and intellectual support of rural civilization construction into the general requirements,and effectively exert the joint efforts of the five to help rural revitalization.In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,although great breakthroughs have been made in the construction of rural civilization,it also faces some problems,such as imperfect governance system,poor ideological and moral construction,lagging material foundation of rural civilization construction,lack of talents in rural civilization construction,etc.It is necessary to further promote the construction of rural civilization by perfecting the governance system of rural civilization construction,strengthening the spiritual guidance of mainstream values,consolidating the material foundation of rural civilization construction,and strengthening the training and construction of rural professional talents.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and case study.First of all,it clarifies the background and significance of the research,defines the related concepts of rural civilization construction,and combs the theoretical basis and development process of rural civilization construction.Secondly,it discusses the relationship between rural civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy:rural civilization construction is an important guarantee of rural revitalization strategy,and rural revitalization strategy is the policy guarantee of rural civilization construction.Then,through consulting a large number of literature data and investigating the reality,the paper analyzes the predicament of the current rural civilization construction in Guizhou.Finally,the author thinks about how to further promote the construction of rural civilization in Guizhou under the background of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for promoting the construction of rural civilization in the new era.
