Research On Collaborative Governance In Risk Prevention And Control Of Open Scenic Spots In Gui'an New District

With the development of our country's economy and society,since the media penetration rate has been increasing,more and more unknown places have formed "Internet celebrities" tourist sites,that is,open scenic spots,after being widely disseminated by the media,this kind of open scenic spot will attract a large number of tourists to come to watch,play,therefore,the risk problem also comes along.Due to the fact that these tourist destinations are not regular tourist attractions and lack of corresponding management mechanism,many problems will arise when the number of tourists increases,such as traffic congestion,food safety,stampede incidents and public health hazards.At the same time,according to the principle of territorial management,the government departments need to invest a lot of human,material and financial resources to control the open scenic spot,resulting in waste of resources and inefficiency.Therefore,in view of the open scenic area exists the risk question,proposed the open scenic area risk prevention and control measure is imminent.Therefore,this paper takes the ten thousand Mu Cherry Garden in Guian new area as a case study,and puts forward effective and feasible countermeasures and measures for the risk prevention and control of the open scenic area in Guian new area.This paper introduces the aim and significance of the research on the safety risk prevention and control of ten thousand Mu Cherry Garden in Guian new area,related to the core theoretical concepts.Based on the collaborative governance theory,this paper studies the typical ten thousand Mu Cherry Garden in Guian new area,which helps to solve the problem of risk prevention and control in the open scenic area.By using case analysis,literature analysis and field research methods,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the risk prevention and control of ten thousand Mu Cherry Garden in Guian new district,and combines the concrete reality of Guian new district,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the risk prevention and control of the open scenic spots in Guian new area.
