Research On Prevention And Control Of Public Security Of The Mountain Scenic Spots

Since the 1980 s,with the increase of economic level and the pressure of modern life,more and more people choose to leave the city for nature to release pressure and have a relax in their spare time.Thus,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly,especially the natural scenic attractions.Mountain scenic spot is a kind of natural area,it becomes more and more favored by the modern people because of its unique landscape.However,Mountain scenic spots are more dangerous than ordinary scenic areas because of their special geographical environment.The risks include two categories—natural risks and social risks.In view of the risks of mountain scenic spots,public security organs and scenic spots themselves are obliged to improve the measures to build a set of prevention and control of public security system.Mountain scenic spots' prevention and control of public security are based on four main theories—risk early warning theory,environmental prevention theory,social control theory and comprehensive management of the society theory.They all have played a guiding role for the construction of prevention and control of public security of the mountain scenic spots.Mountain scenic spots' risks are caused by many reasons,first,the duty of the governments is not clear,they have not create a unified system;second,the scenic areas are limited by their own environment,and many of them were developed unreasonably and lack safety consciousness and a unified management system;third,many tourists lack safety consciousness and they believe there is a chance to survive and so on.In recent years,the tourism industry of Yesanpo scenic spot has developed rapidly,but there are still some security problems,most of the cases are dispute,help,theft and fight.Yesanpo scenic spot includes six main scenic spots,each attraction has its natural and social risks.For the environmental characteristics and risk types,Yesanpo scenic spot has accumulated rich experience and has built a perfect prevention and control of public security system,so it can protect the tourists' rights,maintain the tour order and create a harmonious and stable tourism environment for the tourists.Generally speaking,the governments,scenic spots and tourists should join together to create a perfect mountain tourist attractions safety control system and a full range of security control network to make sure the mountain scenic spots are harmonious and stable.
