Research On The Lack Of The Main Role Of Farmers In Village Governance In C Village, Jianhe County

The problem of governance at village level is one of the important contents in the study of rural issues and governance at grass-roots level in China.At the present stage,China is entering a post-poverty-relief era,and the establishment of a long-term anti-poverty security mechanism must pay attention to the cultivation of endogenous driving forces,as well as the strategy of rural revitalization in which farmers are the main force and main undertakers of rural revitalization,rural Revitalization is the main,to give full play to the role of the main farmers.As a theoretical perspective,social capital focuses on the social relationship network,social trust and reciprocity norms in social structure,the theory of social capital can provide an effective way to solve the problem of the lack of farmers' main role in rural governance.Therefore,the use of social capital theory to study the lack of the role of farmers in rural governance is of great practical significance.This paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this research,on the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,introduces the related concepts and related theories in the research process of this paper.Taking Village C in Jianhe County as an example,we first boldly assume that the lack of farmers' subjective role in village C is related to the change of social capital,through the design of questionnaires and descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire,factor analysis,correlation test and regression analysis,as well as combined with the village for many years known cases to verify this conclusion,thus,it is concluded that the lack of farmers' main role in village C in Jianhe County has a significant relationship with the change of social capital,which is characterized by social relation network,social trust and order norm,And comprehensively use social capital to analyze the reasons for the lack of the main role of farmers in Village C of Jianhe County,and on this basis,use the new public management theory to transform government functions to reshape social capital,and then improve the main role of farmers in rural governance.It can provide reference for other similar villages where the main role of farmers is not strong.
