In recent years,the formalism problem in the grass-roots work is prominent,which leads to the grass-roots cadres constantly falling into the predicament of job burnout.In particular,as the backbone of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieving rural revitalization,the job burnout of township cadres has become a problem that needs to be paid attention to and solved.The production of burnout is not only influenced by environmental factors,but also closely related to individual differences and their internal motivation.Public service motivation is a altruism motive which can influence the formation of job burnout from the inside.This paper combs the related research on the motivation of public service and job burnout at home and abroad,builds the theoretical relationship model of the relationship between public service motivation and Job Burnout Based on the existing achievements,and selects township cadres in X District of Anshun as the research object,mainly using questionnaire survey to carry out empirical research.Through descriptive,difference,correlation and regression analysis,we found that:(1)Education background and income cognition have a significant impact on the public service motivation and job burnout of township cadres in X district;(2)The public service motivation of township cadres in X district is negatively related to occupational burnout;(3)There is a negative correlation between the commitment dimension of the public service motives of the township cadres in X district and the cynicism dimension of job burnout.Combined with the data analysis conclusion,this paper explains the problem of occupational burnout of township cadres in X district from the perspective of public service motivation,and puts forward some suggestions for alleviating them.The research of this paper has expanded a new perspective for the study of the job burnout of township cadres,and also provides a reference for strengthening the construction of township cadres in X district and promoting the improvement of grass-roots governance efficiency.
