Civil servants as the subject of national administrative power and the execution, in the process of constructing service government, be given more responsibility, at the same time, also put forward higher requirements on their public service motivation. The civil public service motivation is an important factor to affect the work, plays an important role in improving the performance of government and the credibility of the government. In recent years, the related research on the motivations of public services has become a hot topic of discussion on the subject field of public management. In view of the relationship between the domestic research for the township civil service public service motivation and job involvement are less, the influence of Guangxi township civil service public service motivation on job involvement there, hoping to get some meaningful conclusions in theory, and provide some suggestions to improve the civil servants of the public service level.This paper aims to describe the research background and significance, and makes a systematic review about related literature at home and abroad. On the basis of literature review and interview, the establishment of the Guangxi township civil servants, public service motivation and job involvement dimension, and research model and research hypothesis are built. In order to investigate the hypothesis, this paper designs the questionnaires and investigates the township civil servants in Guangxi. 720 questionnaires are sent out, and 535 questionnaires are available. The 535 available questionnaires are analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistic analysis software, and Analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis method is used to research hypothesis. These findings suggest that:first,the differences of demographic variables on Guangxi township civil servants,public service motivation and job involvement of the analysis found that theimpact of gender and age on public service motivation and job involvement,education level and the administrative level does not exist differences on public service motivation and job involvement. Second, through to the Guangxi Township civil servants, public service motivation and job involvement in four dimensions,the correlation analysis results show that there is a positive correlation between the township civil service public service motivation four dimensions and job involvement. Third, through to the Guangxi township civil servants, public service motivation and job involvement of the four dimensions of the regression analysis found that the township civil servants, public service motivation four dimensions and job involvement significantly positively correlated.Based on the conclusion of the study in five aspects: first, the selection of the township civil service is based on public service motivation; Two, the public service motivation into the performance appraisal system, improve the incentive mechanism; three, strengthen education and training, training of the township civil servants, public service motivation; four, improve the degree of participation in public policy formulation of the township civil servants; Five, strengthen the sense of responsibility of the township civil servants...
