Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Occupational Burnout Of Township Cadres In Zhenyuan County

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,with the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,rural revitalization,grass-roots social governance and other strategies,the public,especially the grassroots,have put forward higher standards and requirements for government functions and service quality,and higher expectations for the administrative ability of the cadre team.Township cadres directly contact with the people,which is an important link between the party and the masses.They shoulder the major responsibility of implementing the party and state policies,serving the people,and maintaining social stability at the grassroots level.Their work ability and service quality determine the degree of solving people's livelihood problems,represent the image of the party and the government,and are related to social development.In the face of long-term various and complex work,they are easy to lack the sense of achievement,work enthusiasm decline,and then produce job burnout.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the current situation of township cadres' job burnout,analyze the causes of job burnout and put forward countermeasures.In this paper,Zhenyuan County township cadres as the research object,first of all,through the literature analysis method,preliminary understanding of job burnout related research results.The questionnaire was designed on the basis of MBI-GS,and the sample of township cadres was collected by layers.Then using statistical analysis method,using SPSS software to analyze the collected sample data,understand the degree of job burnout and influencing factors,and analyze the causes.Finally,combined with the semi-structured interview method,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures from the personal level,organizational level and social level.
