With the increasing awareness of receiving education,school education has been unable to meet people's needs.In the context of this demand,private education and training institutions have continued to rise and grow rapidly in response to market demand.While these training institutions continue to expand in scale,there have also been phenomena of unhealthy competition between each other and disrupting the order of education.In the face of people's growing demand for educational resources and poor operations in the training industry,the government needs to act in a timely manner,standardize the operation order of the training market by issuing local policies,using appropriate means,and using effective methods to maintain the educational resource environment.This article takes Chongqing as the research object.By studying the relevant documents issued by Chongqing on regulating the education and training market and exploring the current status of government supervision of private education and training institutions in Chongqing.it is found that the government has incomplete annual inspection coverage of training institutions during the supervision process.The problem of lack of supervision of teachers,fees,and publicity,and the problem of weak supervision and governance.After analyzing the reasons,it put forward the countermeasures of establishing a supervisory coordination center,formulating a scientific supervisory model,and optimizing supervisory business processes,in order to contribute to the improvement of the government supervision of Chongqing's private education and training institutions.
