A Study On The Government Governance Of The For.Profit Private Education And Training Institutions In Chongqing

In recent years,private education and training institutions have risen rapidly,and developed into a new "tool" for students to learn,which is known as a useful supplement to the current education.With the development of society,the education and training industry has ushered in the peak of development,but the huge demand has also led to a lot of chaos in the education and training industry,and the government governance work has also been inadequate.Based on this,this paper takes Chongqing for-profit private primary and secondary education and training institutions as the object,through the investigation of the operation status of private primary and secondary education and training institutions for-profit,finds out the deficiencies of the current government governance,analyzes the causes of the deficiencies of government governance,and puts forward suggestions to further improve the government governance.By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,four administrative regions of Chongqing were investigated.Through the investigation,it is found that there are many deficiencies in the current development of private primary and secondary education and training institutions in Chongqing,including vague and unlicensed nature of institutions,inadequate hardware facilities and safety assurance,unreasonable arrangement of education and teaching,and outstanding adverse competition.It is found that the reasons for these deficiencies are that the government governance mechanism is not perfect,the implementation of policies and regulations is not in place,and the participation of social forces is not open.In view of the causes of the lack of government governance in Chongqing for-profit private primary and secondary education and training institutions,this paper puts forward three suggestions:improving the government governance mechanism,improving the executive power of the government and encouraging social forces to participate in the government governance.To improve the government governance mechanism,we should start from two aspects:improving the current situation of political exit and strengthening the horizontal communication between organizations.To enhance the executive power of the government,we should make efforts from three aspects: regular organization of market research,strict implementation of policies and regulations and increasing the openness of governmentaffairs.To encourage social forces to participate in government governance,we should mainly encourage social organizations,individuals and news media to participate And governance.
