The Historical Achievements And Experience Enlightenment Of Poverty Governance In China

Since the founding of new China,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China's poverty governance has made remarkable achievements and has gone out of a path of poverty governance with Chinese characteristics.Poverty management is the inevitable requirement of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and also the meaning of realizing the Chinese dream of great national renewal.The great achievements made in the new China's poverty control over 70 years not only eliminated the absolute poverty in China,but also promoted the development of poverty reduction in the world.The basic experience gained from the governance of absolute poverty can not only enlighten our country to deal with relative poverty,but also provide experience reference for the third world countries to manage poverty.This paper takes China's poverty governance as the research object,combing the relevant research on poverty and anti-poverty at home and abroad,and on the basis of defining the concepts of poverty,poverty governance and related concepts.First,based on Marx and Engels' anti-poverty theory and the anti-poverty thought of the Communist Party of China,the author reviews the process of poverty control in China for more than 70 years,and draws the following conclusions.China's poverty governance has consolidated the foundation for building a well-off society in all respects,promoted the national poverty governance capacity to modernization and contributed to global poverty governance.Over 70 years of poverty control,while making remarkable achievements,it has accumulated many valuable experiences,mainly manifested in: The leadership of the party is the fundamental guarantee for the historical victory of China's poverty governance,and the development thought of people as the center is the value of the historical victory of China's poverty governance.The combination of comprehensiveness and accuracy is the working principle of the historic victory of China's poverty governance.The joint participation of multiple subjects is a powerful force for China's poverty governance to achieve a historic victory.Based on the important experience of China in the governance of absolute poverty,the paper predicts the problems faced by China in the management of relative poverty.It is suggested that we should unswervingly adhere to the party's overall leadership in poverty governance,unswervingly uphold the concept of poverty governance with the people's interests first,establish accurate identification and dynamic governance evaluation mechanism of relative poverty,and continue to improve the government led governance Collaborative mechanism of poverty governance.Poverty governance needs to be continued and promoted.Only by preparing for a long time to fight poverty can we effectively solve the problems of poverty and make the people live a happy life.
