Basic Public Service In The Western Frontier Ethnic Areas Problems With Accessibility And Promotion Path

In recent years,with the continuous increase of financial investment in the field of public service supply,China's basic public service system has been continuously improved,and the infrastructure conditions and service levels have also increased accordingly.However,there are still unequal supply of urban and rural public services,and the form and content of supply cannot be met The people's increasing needs for a better life,the large differences in the quantity and quality of supply between regions,and other issues.The frontier ethnic areas are affected by location factors,and it is difficult to achieve full coverage of the basic public service system.The basic public services enjoyed by citizens in the frontier ethnic areas are also difficult to meet their basic public service needs.This also makes the frontier more than other regions.The accessibility of basic national public services needs to be improved.The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Party made it clear that the basic public service system of the country must be improved,focusing on strengthening the construction of inclusive,basic,and supportive people's livelihood,and ensuring the basic life of the people.At the same time,at the level of basic public service supply,we must pay attention to the people who need the most attention and the weakest links,tilt public resources to remote areas,and promote the equalization and accessibility of basic public services.Based on the theoretical research at home and abroad,this article defines the specific connotation and evaluation dimension of the basic public service accessibility in China.Combining the specific requirements of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee for promoting the accessibility of basic public services,the research perspective is focused on the western border ethnic areas,and the current problems of the basic public service accessibility in the western border ethnic areas and the problems that caused the problem are analyzed.Reasons,and then propose ways to improve the accessibility of basic public services.
