Research On Three-dimensional Model Of Improve Accessibility Of Basic Public Health Services In China

The equalization of basic public services will be achieved in 2020,,which should be based on basic public service accessibility.As an important component of basic public services,basic public health services are in urgent need of improving accessibility.At the same time,with the advent of the aging era and the progress of the times,the availability of basic public health services has become the focus of public concern.In academic research,most researches on the accessibility of basic public health services in China are covered in the study of equalization of basic public health services,and no exploration is made on the model of accessibility improvement.The exploration of the model of accessibility to basic public health services is conducive to promoting the improvement of the real accessibility level.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the actual situation and previous studies,and explores the basic public health service to improve accessibility model and its countermeasures.This article analyzes the classical accessibility model under the guidance of new public service theory and public product theory through literature analysis,data collection and inductive comparison.Based on the situation of basic public health service in China,many external models can learn from.As for the basic public health service itself,the study found that the supply of basic public health services in our country is not enough,and the quality is poor.Meanwhile,the distribution of institutions is not reasonable and the distribution of resources is not equal.All these problems have caused the availability of basic public health services in China influences.Therefore,from the point of view of those theories,this paper constructs a three-dimensional model of accessibility of basic public health services consisting,which includes three dimensions of adaptable dimension,available dimension and acceptable dimension.The adaptable dimension is designed from the perspective of demand,including demand expression channels,expressions of willingness and feedback tendencies.The available dimension is designed from Service perspective,including information dissemination methods,information management and service implementation.The acceptable dimension is designed from the perspective of service personnel,including service personnel attitude,staff professional level and staff efficiency.At the same time,based on various factors to improve accessibility,this study research on achieve countermeasures.Through literature analysis,it is found that there are few researches on the accessibility model of basic public health services in academic research.From the perspective of accessibility,this study considers the current situation and theoretical guidance to build a three-dimensional model to improve accessibility.Also proposed to enhance the realization of countermeasures,the study is from a theoretical and practical point of view,which has a certain reference value and practical significance.
