Research On Legal Popularization Of Pingdu Grass-roots Government

With the rapid and healthy development of China's economy and society,the resistance and difficulties of reform are getting bigger and bigger,and the weak and lack of national and social awareness of the rule of law has become a major obstacle to economic and social development.How to enhance and cultivate the consciousness and atmosphere of the rule of law in the whole society has become an important issue facing the government at this stage.This paper takes Pingdu city grass-roots government law popularization problem as the research object,systematically uses the administrative management theory,economics theory and so on to analyze the important measures to solve the problem of law popularization.Through literature method,questionnaire method,in-depth discussion method,individual interview method,comparative analysis method and other methods,the case study of Pingdu City,objective and scientific analysis of the current situation of local law popularization problems,the main measures taken.This paper studies the difficulties and deficiencies encountered by the grassroots government of Pingdu in the work of popularizing the law,that is,the subject of the law popularizing is not well aware of the work of popularizing the law,the "passive" situation of the grassroots government is prominent,and the performance assessment of the grass-roots government in popularizing the law is a mere formality.And compared with the same period and the reason for the problem of grass-roots government law popularization,that is,the law popularization mechanism and personnel Settings are not perfect,the professional quality of the main members of the law popularization is not high,the degree of social participation in the work of law popularization is weak,the content of law popularization is heavy duty light rights,the performance appraisal system of law popularization is not perfect.In the fourth part of this paper,the five methods to solve the problem of law popularization are summarized,that is,by improving the construction of grass-roots government law popularization mechanism,promoting the law popularization system to take root at the grass-roots level,upgrading the grass-roots government-led law popularization mode,optimizing the grass-roots government law popularization mode by "order type law popularization",and improving the performance appraisal mechanism of government law popularization.
