Research On The Ecological Governance Of Network Public Opinion From The Perspective Of Modernization Of National Governance

Modernization of state governance is a prerequisite for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As an important part of national governance,the effectiveness of ecological governance of network public opinion is related to China's ideological security.Therefore,we should establish and improve the comprehensive network governance system,comprehensively improve the capacity of network governance,and create a clean cyberspace.Throughout the existing academic achievements,the discussion on the ecological governance of network public opinion mainly focuses on the perspective of communication and public opinion,and rarely puts it into the category of national governance modernization.This paper points out the harm of negative emotions,network rumors,nihilism and language violence from the theory of modernization of national governance and ecological governance of network public opinion,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the government level,social level and public level.This paper analyzes the transformation of ecological governance of network public opinion from traditional mode to modern mode,that is,from single management to multiple governance,from full blocking to combination of dredging and blocking,from passive governance to active action.The path of ecological governance of public opinion is put forward: at the level of governance system,guiding mechanism,discourse system and legal system are taken as the key points of construction and improvement;In terms of governance capacity,the working mode,publicity content,governance team and discourse power are regarded as key points for improvement and promotion.
