As an important stage and process of children's education,which includes the transformation process of a series of educational thinking,educational content,educational forms and educational methods for children.The reason why the work of "connection between children and children" is very important is as follows: First,this period is the second transition period of the growth of people's thinking ability and behavior ability,Second,through long-term practice,we find that adequate pre-school preparation and good entrance adaptation have a significant impact on the teaching effect of basic education;Third,the phenomenon of non-standard schooling in reality,such as "primary education of preschool education","non-zero-point teaching in primary school" and so on,violates the general law of children's physical and mental and intellectual growth,seriously impacts the normal teaching order,causing some negative social influence.Therefore,it is an important responsibility of the government to do a good job in "linking young and young".This paper takes the government responsibility in the "connection between children and children" as the research object.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of "connection between children and children" and government responsibility,this paper uses the interview survey method to sort out the "high-cost nature","non-systematic","unfair" and other practical dilemmas prevalent in the connection between children and children in China at the emergence stage.And dialysis from the Angle of the government role and these phenomena reflected by the government in the "value guidance","system of supply" and "supervision","resource allocation",as well as the responsibility of the problem,and from the "consciousness","collaboration","resource",and "system" analysis of the cause of the the problem of responsibility of the government,Finally,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the government's responsibility in the connection between children and primary schools from four aspects: "strengthening system design","strengthening the supervision of school-running behavior".
