International research on the elderly and longevity groups started earlier and increasingly prosperous.With the development of the economy and society,this group has attracted more and more attention.The aging of our country is developing rapidly,the number of centenarians has increased significantly,we will steadily enter an Age of longevity.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,paying attention to and solving people's livelihood issues has become the aim of work of the government and related departments.Centenarians,as an important part of the population of our country,are not only one of the focuses of people's livelihood work,but also have special and vulnerable characteristics.Research on their quality of life has also draw public attention.Improving the quality of life of centenarians not only embodies the goal of welfare diversification and the participation of social subjects under the theory of social governance,but also meets the requirements of active aging.In view of this,this article builds an evaluation index system based on the first-hand data of the household survey of centenarians in Nanjing,comprehensively evaluates the quality of life of centenarians,and analyzes the influencing factors from the perspectives of government,community,and the family.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The factor analysis results show that economic level and status,physical and functional health,aging attitude and mental health,family relations,social relations and support all become the main factors that constitute quality of life indicator system for centenarians.(2)According to the comprehensive score of quality of life,54.6%have good quality of life,but 45.4% of elderly people still have poor quality of life,the overall quality of life of centenarians is still not optimistic;regardless of level the feelings of loneliness and depression of centenarians increase with the longevity age,however this trend is particularly obvious among the elderly with a higher quality of life(3)Regression analysis shows that the availability of medical resources and pension burden in the government,the level of internal service in the community,and the spiritual comfort and care provided by the children in the family all have a significant impact on the quality of life of centenarians,especially the main responsibility of the government highlighted;the heterogeneity among the elderly groups is strong,gender,age,household registration,education level have expanded the difference in quality of life between groups to a certain extent,and we need pay attention to it.Based on this,the following policy recommendations are put forward: the government should focus on the construction of the social security system,expand the coverage of pension insurance and medical insurance,and play the leading role of the policy.At the same time,the government should guide the society to correctly understand and pay attention to the elderly and longevity groups,through publicity and education to construct the suitable Aging society.Enhance the sense of dignity and happiness of the elderly;the community should actively improve the service level and provide the services like self-care services and housekeeping services as their main content,increase the frequency and quality of services,and encourage mutual assistance among neighbors in the community and build a trusting and harmonious community relationship;families should inherit the excellent culture of respecting and loving the elderly,change the concept of care and financial support for the elderly,focus on the spiritual comfort needs of centenarians,and improve the satisfaction of the elderly in life.
