A Study On The Living Quality Of Rural Residents In Shangyou,Jiangxi

China attaches great importance to people-oriented,emphasizing that the ultimate goal of China's current development is to improve people's living standards and quality.Regardless of the level,improving the quality of life of residents is a top priority.In 2018,the State Council clearly pointed out that rural revitalization is based on the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent living,and achieves agricultural strength,rural beauty,and farmers 'wealth.Shangyou membership Ganzhou,Jiangxi,located in the western Ganzhou,known as "Water town,the hometown of tea,ornamental stones town" reputation,the resident population of 33 million,of which 26.80 million rural population,the proportion is about 81% With a large agricultural population,it is especially important to improve the quality of life of residents,especially the quality of life of rural residents.Based on field investigations and a large number of related literatures,this article selects Shangyouyingqian Town,Shexi Town,and Dongshan Town as the survey sites,combines social comparison theory,sustainable development theory,and Maslow demand theory,and uses the literature analysis method,According to the questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,22 subjective evaluation indicators and 10 objective evaluation indicators of rural residents' quality of life were selected according to the five general requirements for rural rejuvenation.The principal component analysis method was used to determine the weight of each of the primary indicators and secondary indicators.The quality of life score of each sample was obtained.Based on this,the overall score and scores of the sub-index of rural residents were calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the comprehensive evaluation results of the quality of life of rural residents were obtained.Finally,a multivariate stepwise regression model was constructed.The quality of life score calculated by the principal component was used as the dependent variable,and the subjective quality of life evaluation indicators were used as independent variables to analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of rural residents.The conclusions of the study are as follows.(1)The overall evaluation of the quality of life of rural residents is relatively good.The scores and total scores of various first-level indicators are about 3.5 points,which are between good and good,but not good,so there is still much room for improvement.(2)Among the factors that affect the quality of life of rural residents,the proportion of human interaction expenditure and per capita disposable income have a greater impact on the quality of life.Among them,the proportion of human interaction expenditure is negatively related to quality of life,and per capita disposable income is positively related to quality of life.Finally,according to the research conclusions,four suggestions were put forward to optimize the product structure of the agricultural industry,cultivate new industries and new formats,cultivate a culture of Xinxiang with local characteristics and the spirit of the times,and organically integrate economic development and ecological civilization.
