Research On The Service Issues Of Public Aged Care Institutions In Qinghai Provinc

The problems posed by China's population ageing trend have increased,as has the need for pension services,with reports suggesting that by 2035 the proportion of the population over 65 will reach 22.3%.Under this trend,providing old-age services that meet the needs of social development and meet multi-level old-age needs is a public service work.In 2020,the proportion of the population aged 60 and above in Qinghai Province will reach 12.15%,although this proportion is lower than the national average,but it is also facing a series of pension service problems,affected by social and economic development and other factors,the pension service market in Qinghai Province started late,lack of effective competitiveness,slow development,and can not meet the increasing and changing demand for the elderly.Nowadays,the family has the function of the elderly in this change is slowly weakened,the existing various pension models,although the institutional pension is in a supplementary position,but still plays a non-negligible role in the entire social pension service system.Affected by social and economic development,Qinghai Province's institutional pension service model in the provision of the government-led public pension institutions The majority of the old-age institutions in Qinghai Province are public old-age institutions,and a series of problems of public pension institutions have adversely affected the effective play of their support and guarantee role,in the context of promoting reform,how to change the management mode and operation mechanism of public pension institutions in Qinghai Province,better play government functions,to meet the multi-level,high-quality pension needs,is an urgent need to solve the public service problems.Based on this,this paper studies the service problems of public old-age care institutions in Qinghai Province,and thinks about how to improve the quality and efficiency.By consulting a large number of literature and collecting relevant data,taking the X pension center as a case of public pension institutions,studying its basic situation,the development of old-age service work,development advantages,and problems in the process of providing old-age services,service objects,facility conditions,nursing personnel and service content,analyzing the causes,and combining the development experience of old-age institutions in other cities in China,Suggestions are given in four aspects: accelerating system construction,promoting reform,building a talent team,and enriching service content,which provides a certain reference for the current promotion of the service capacity of public pension institutions in Qinghai Province.
