Research On Curriculum Resource Development Of Young Pioneers Activities In Rural Primary School

The Young Pioneers activity curriculum plays an important role in implementing the education of the Young Pioneers and realizing the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue.The Ministry of Education and the National Committee of Young Workers have successively issued various policies to ensure the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,requiring that the Young Pioneers activities be made compulsory by the state,and that 1 class hour per week is arranged from the 1st grade of primary school to the 2nd grade of junior high school.To ensure the orderly development of the curriculum,curriculum resources have become the key to its development.The rational development of curriculum resources is of great significance for giving full play to the advantages of the curriculum,highlighting the characteristics of the school,accelerating the professional growth of counselors and promoting the all-round development of team members.My country's rural areas are rich in natural and social resources,but they cannot be effectively developed and utilized due to the constraints of many factors.In view of this,this paper takes Z County in Shanxi Province as an example,comprehensively uses the method of literature,questionnaire survey and interview survey,and takes the Young Pioneers counselors of primary schools in the county as the research objects to develop awareness,practice,and guarantee of Young Pioneers activity curriculum resources.Start with four aspects of evaluation and carry out in-depth research.The survey found that there are many problems that need to be solved urgently in the current development of curriculum resources for the Young Pioneers activities in rural primary schools,which are mainly reflected in the large gap between schools,the unclear development subject,a large number of undeveloped resources,inadequate implementation of guarantees,and a single evaluation subject.aspect.Analyzing the reasons for these problems,it is found that the influence of traditional exam-oriented education,the restriction of curriculum management system,the lack of awareness of resource development,and the lack of attention to the work of counselors are the key factors affecting the development of curriculum resources for Young Pioneers activities.On this basis,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,including:enhancing the awareness of rural curriculum resource development;establishing rural curriculum resource development mechanism;enhancing rural curriculum resource development guarantee;attaching importance to rural curriculum resource development evaluation.
