The Research On School-based Curriculum Development Of Youth Pioneer Activity

The League of Young Pioneers is an indispensable part of the whole education career and a powerful assistant of school education.And also she bears the responsibility of cultivating and educating the communist successor with the school.However,the operational teaching materials are still not approached even though the activities of the League of Young Pioneers have entered classrooms for a long time;Meanwhile,the activities of the League of Young Pioneers held once a week will inevitably bring a heavy burden to the counselors,resulting them tired to cope with and poor performance.Combined with the concept of cultivating students' core competence,I think the best way to solve the above problems is to carry out the integration of the development of Young Pioneers activities and school-based curriculum.At present,the research on school-based curriculum at home and abroad mostly focuses on the creation of school-based characteristic curriculum or the development of thematic moral education curriculum while there are few school-based curriculum on Young Pioneers.The development of school-based curriculum for Young Pioneers activities is conducive to the smooth development of Young Pioneers activities,and to give a full play to the lively and brave style of Young Pioneers.In view of the problems and the current situation,this paper will focus on how to design and develop the school-based curriculum in Young Pioneers Activities from the perspective of school-based curriculum development.In this paper,the documentation method is adopted to learn the experience of school-based curriculum development both at home and abroad;action method to describe the process of school-based curriculum development of the Young Pioneers' activities in practice.At last,some reasonable suggestions are put forward to the school-based curriculum development of the Young Pioneers activities.That is,the school-based curriculum development should focus on the overview of school so that we can narrow the gaps and seek a middle course;emancipate school and focus on differences;optimize systems and make full use of resource;it should consider the specialty of the school-based curriculum development about activities of Young Pioneers and design it reasonably;it should bring families and society to full play to guarantee theactivities of Young Pioneers.
