extremely negative phenomena,increase the cost of information search and identification,magnify the uncertainty of events,and increase public anxiety.On the other hand,the normal life and work of the public will be affected to varying degrees by the epidemic,disrupting the normal life order.Aim at this situation,the government should get the utmost out of the authority and its own information supply,provide relevant information in a timely manner,provide relevant information to meet the public's information needs,and provide relevant services to meet the necessities of the public's normal life.Therefore,the information supply must accurately locate the public need,in order to meet the need as the basis,and to guide the behavior as the goal,so as to enhance the quality and effectiveness affairs,improving epidemic prevention and control efforts,and optimizing the government's information supply.This paper first analyzes the serious situation of the current COVID-19,as well as the application and role of government affairs APP in the context of new crown pneumonia.This paper summarizes the theory of information need and information supply and the research of this theory in e-government affairs such as government affairs APP,and briefly introduces two types of model methods for the classification of public information demand.Secondly,using the empirical analysis method,the Tianjin Municipal Affairs APP—Jinxinban is selected as the research object.With a brief introduction to Jinxinban's new crown epidemic information supply,combined with other literature and interview methods,a KANO questionnaire was formulated to investigate the public's demand for Jinxinban's epidemic information supply.Then,using the demand analysis method mentioned above,the public demand is classified into attributes and key elements are analyzed,and 10 Must-be requirements(M),5One-dimensional requirements(O),5 Attractive requirements(A),2 Indifferent attributes(I),Analyze the key factors affecting public satisfaction and prioritize information supply.Based on the above research,this paper proposes strategies to optimize the supply of COVID-19 information in
