The Research Of Public Services Supply Based On "E-government Affairs"

In recent years,with the transformation of government functions in China and to the needs of many governance modernization,"Internet plus government" has become the focus of research and practice in the field of academia.But the process of providing "Internet plus government public service in China in recent years,government departments at all levels and the implementation,gradually began to expose a lot of problems need to be improved,in order to deepen the transformation of government functions in China,and accelerate our governance modernization process,so it is necessary to analyze the existing" Internet plus government public service supply problems from various aspects,based on the development idea with sharing,openness,rule of law,harmonious development,reasonable path planning in China "Internet plus government".This article is based on the "Internet plus government" on China's current government public service supply problems research and analysis.Specifically,this article first "Internet plus","Internet plus government" and other core concepts,including the new public management,new public service,service-oriented government,the core theory is summarized and the definition,status quo and the supply of public service of our country's current "Internet plus government" development were summarized,found at present,although there are a lot of local government public service supply of "Internet plus government" problems have a certain amount of attention and observation,also made a lot of reform measures,but due to many reasons to stay in government departments and public service departments for a long time,the Chinese government "Internet plus government public service supply the lack of supply of public services and the lack of refinement,collaboration,integration and convenience etc.is still a serious problem;secondly,in order to solve and optimize our country" There are Internet plus government public service supply problems,the abroad in the "Internet plus government" and the advanced experience of the existing e-government are summarized,including Singapore's "Xinmi" plan,the United States "Data.gov",Germany "digital management 2020";finally,combining with the actual situation in China is the foreign advanced experience,this paper puts forward four suggestions to optimize the public service supply in China "Internet plus government" : establish a fine supply of public service concept,improve administrative staff of Internet professionalquality,innovative scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system,in-depth analysis of the interests of the citizens demands to promote our country "Internet plus government" of the supply of public services to the fine,convenient,integration,collaborative development.
