Improve The Research On Countermeasures For The Protection And Management Of Minors In Cyberspace

With the widespread application of the Internet and mobile smart terminals,the real world,such as family,school,and society,has gradually extended to the virtual world of cyberspace,and minors have become network aboriginals and new force using the network.The 49 th "Statistical Report on Internet Development in China" was released in February this year.As of December 2021 the number of netizens in my country has reached 1.032 billion,the proportion of minor netizens is as high as 17.6%,the number is about 182 million.Adolescents are in a critical period of personality building,their psychological development is immature,their curiosity is strong,their self-control is weak,their ability to distinguish between true and false is poor,and they are easily tempted and incited by bad information on the Internet.It has gradually become a social consensus to improve the protection and management of minors in cyberspace and ensure their healthy growth.This paper believes that the protection of minors in cyberspace should highlight the principles of "prevention and protection first" and "social co-governance",and the state,society,schools and families should work together to improve the Countermeasures for the protection and management of minors in Cyberspace.Pay attention to improving the literacy of minors' Internet civilization,enhance their ability to use the Internet in a scientific and rational manner,enhance their awareness of self-protection,grasp the balance between development and protection,development and governance,and fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors in cyberspace.This article is divided into five parts.The author uses 400 minors in Chongqing as a survey sample,combined with the "2020 National Research Report on Internet Usage of Minors" to analyze the current situation of minors' Internet involvement,the network risks they face,and the protection measures at this stage,and summarizes the results of minors in my country.Difficulties in human network protection,after referring to the experience of the United States,Japan,and the United Kingdom in purifying cyberspace and protecting minors,according to the special chapter on "Network Protection" in the newly revised Minor Protection Law,from the perspective of public management,this paper explores new countermeasures to improve the protection of minors' rights and interests in cyberspace.
