Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures In The E-government Reform In NC District

Making data run more and people run less is not only the practical requirement to open up the last mile of convenient service,but also the convenience of the times brought by advanced technology such as informatization,big data and intelligence.The purpose of promoting e-government reform by local governments is to completely,accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept,adjust the original administrative mode,adapt to the new social needs,and improve the efficiency of government management and service.In particular,we should deepen our understanding of e-government,build a business model that vertically meets the "top-down" business needs of various government departments and superior business departments,horizontally meets the communication and coordination between various departments,opens up mutual access channels for shared data and information resources,reengineers government processes,and meets the needs of government governance,social services,business applications,data management and other work of government departments at all levels,It has become an urgent task for local governments to promote e-government reform.After more than 30 years of development,according to the requirements and deployment of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government,the coverage,intensification and carrying capacity of the network platform have been further improved,and the business system construction has achieved phased results.However,it is undeniable that,subject to factors such as knowledge,funds,technology and talents,the E-government reform in NC district has some problems,such as slow progress,frequent occurrence of office pseudo informatization,imperfect coordination and linkage mechanism,data islands and information chimneys,and the e-government development of various departments is unbalanced,insufficient and uncoordinated to a certain extent,which is still far from meeting the actual requirements and expectations.This paper takes the E-government reform of NC district as the starting point,introduces the relevant concepts supporting e-government management,analyzes the development path and reform necessity of e-government management,and carefully analyzes the problems and reasons in the e-government management of NC district by combing the current research progress and research methods in relevant fields at home and abroad,and combining the knowledge theories such as collaborative governance theory,information management theory and new public management theory,Explore and establish a long-term mechanism for the development of E-government in NC District,and scientifically put forward practical reform countermeasures.
