Research On The Countermeasures Of Quality Management Of Local Government Statistics In China

As a barometer of national economic development, local government statistics departments at all levels provide a strong basis for scientific decision-making of Party committees and governments at the same level, play a role of staff, assistant. All along, the quality of statistical data are the soul of the statistical work of the center, is the lifeline of the statistics of business survival and development, is the embodiment of an important platform for the credibility of the government, more and more important in the economic and social life. In addition to the arrival of the era of big data, the role of the department of statistics can be fully focused on the quality of statistical data. At present, China’s local government statistical data quality still exist some problems, such as: government statistical data quality is questioned, the man-made fraud statistics, statistical data is not transparent, government statistics relevant laws and regulations are not perfect, statistical law enforcement is not standardized and unified meter punishment is not strict. This paper on China’s local governments the quality of statistical data to examine, from the perspective of government management, to find the impact of China’s local government statistical data quality of the six aspects, in-depth analysis of its causes, positive study of four items of countermeasures to strengthen our country local government statistical data quality management: One is to strengthen the construction and management of the basic level statistical workers; Two is to accelerate the local government statistical system and institutional reform; Three is to deepen the construction of the legal system of government statistics; Four is the standard and innovation of local government statistical work.
