Under The Background Of Big Data Local Government Social Management Innovation Countermeasure Research

Strengthening social management and making innovations is currently animportant subject in China’s economic and social development and modernization, andthis subject needs to be studied in depth from multiple levels and perspectives.Big dataas a kind of important resources and modern technology provides new paths for localgovernment social managemen innovation, and creates new opportunities. This paperdeeply analyzes the main problems and reasons of local government socialmanagement now in China, and discusses the significance and countermeasures ofusing big data to promote local government social management innovation, and thepurpose is to seek new ways for improving the modernization level of localgovernment social management.With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the development of marketeconomy, many new problems and new challenges appeared in the process of China’ssocial management, and traditional system and mechanism of social management havebeen unable to adapt to the realistic needs of social development. This paper analyzesthe current problems of local government social management in China, and why wantto use big data to solve these problems, and how to use big data to solve theseproblems existing in the current local government social management and realize theinnovation of social management, and this study has important theoretical and realisticsignificance.This paper uses literature analysis, comparative research and statistical analysisand other research methods, to discuss how to use big data to realize local governmentsocial management innovation. First, this paper discusses the connotation of bigdata from multiple levels and the main theories of social management, and analyzesthe theoretical basis and realistic background of local government social managementreform and innovation on this basis. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main problemsexisting in the current local government social management and the causes, and it laysthe foundations for the article putting forward the countermeasures to solve these problems. Again, this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of localgovernment social management innovation under the background of big data, andthinks that local governments should actively seize the opportunity and meet newchallenges to look for new ways of social management innovation. Finally, this paperdiscusses the paths of local government social management innovation under thebackground of big data,and puts forward the problems that local government socialmanagement should pay attention to and the countermeasures under this background.
