For several decades,grammar teaching has shown the tendency from the strength to the weakness and then became stronger.From 1950-1960 s to 1980 s,many grammatical works were enacted in China,which unleashed a wave of studying the grammar.In1990 s,because of the influence of the western thought-the grammar teaching must be desalted,and in order to understand the problem that Chinese teaching excessively highlighted the grammatical learning so that the Chinese learning became rigid,the domestic educational circle made a discussion about Chinese instrumental and humanity.And during this discussion,the humanity won the instrumental with the overwhelming advantage,so Chinese grammatical teaching got into the fading period.In recent years,many scholars and the front line teachers realize that the desalting grammar influences the students' Chinese qualities roundly forming.So in teaching practice,grammatical teaching begins to be paid attainment to,and to so extent,middle school Chinese teaching has been intensified.In consideration of a series of problems about middle school Chinese teaching,combining with the grammatical features and the situation of grammatical teaching,this paper regards the current situation about the grammatical teaching as a breakthrough point and tries to analyze the reasons of grammatical teaching problems at present.At meanwhile,making use of the front line teachers' interview results,it makes pointed references to give the solving strategies.The paper can be divided four parts.The first part mainly discusses the importance of grammatical teaching in Chinese teaching.First,it makes a frame about the grammatical concepts in this paper,and then analyzes the significance of the grammatical teaching activities in teaching process,represented by reading,writing and the classical Chinese teaching activities of the middle school Chinese teaching activities.The second part deeply analyzes the current situation about middle Chinese grammatical teaching.Mainly with the questionnaires of students and the interviews for teachers and by use of attending lectures,it combines the requests of the new curriculum standard for grammar and analyzes the existing problems of teachers and students during the grammatical teaching and learning activities.The third part emphasizes to analyze the facts of middle school Chinese grammatical teaching problems and roundly analyzes these problems from five aspects,including the developing history of grammar,the features of grammar itself,the linking conditions of the junior high school teaching and the senior high school teaching,compiling situation of the Chinese grammatical contents and evaluations.And using the results of questionnaires and some references,the fourth part mainly puts forward the solutions and strategies.In this paper,the writer makes use of the following methods: 1.The curriculum standard must be specific and the textbooks must be compiled scientifically;2.The teaching methods must be diversified;3.Chinese teachers should be aware to promote their grammatical qualities;4.Teachers should cultivate students' grammatical interests;5.Examination of grammatical knowledge should be changed.
