Since reform and opening up, education in China has sprung up like bamboo shoots afterrain with strong vitality. Teachers, as the major impellers of education development, areplaying an important role in it. With the popularization and development of computer networkbringing great simplicity to teachers work, more and more teachers are starting to use thenetwork to help with their teaching work. Lessons preparing being a important link ofteaching, using the network to prepare lessons has already been accepted with pleasure byteachers. However, the resources in the computer network are massive and jumble. Theimpropriety of existing application software causes great waste of teachers’ time and energywith little effect. In order to solve this problem, this thesis discusses the development andapplication of web-based teachers’ collaborative lessons preparing system.This thesis used the literature survey method, comparative study method andexperimental approach etc. to fully learn about the status of the research of collaborativelessons preparing system, and summed up the model of it combining with relevant theoriesincluding the teachers’ specialization theory, lifelong learning theory, collaborative learningtheory etc. This system used the idea of "workflow" to streamline the collaborative lessonspreparing process, formed an "individual—online discussion--collaborationmodification--project implementation--feedback and reflection" lessons preparing model, andextended to other nodes on every node of the lessons preparing model. Using the Blog, Wiki,RSS and Tag technology etc. that Web2.0owns, this thesis accomplished the specificimplementation research under the instruction of the overall design and database design of thesystem.Web-based teachers’ collaborative lessons preparing system accomplished thetransformation from theoretical research to practical application, integrated teaching resources,reformed the traditional lessons’ preparing methods, and facilitated the development ofteachers’ specialization.
