By the daily practice,practical experience and theoretical study of education manager,this thesis discusses the construction of primary school students' community,especially from the perspective of children's growth.It is not only to explore the schoolbased,standardized and brand management model of community construction,but also to analyze the moral education function of community construction,which is in order to promote students' life growth,all-round development and lay the foundation for students' lifelong learning.The author uses the method of literature to sort out the relevant theories and research.Through this,the author knows the current situation of the research on the construction of community and try to analyze the moral education function of community construction from the perspective of children's growth.The author also uses case studies,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to obtain first-hand research data.Based on the data analysis and discussion,this thesis studies the current situation and existing problems of H primary school community construction,and analyze the unique charm of H primary school community construction.In addition,the author finds out the factors that restrict the further development of community,so as to promote the efficient and high-quality development of community.The results show that the activities of H primary school community are rich in content and diverse in form,enriching students' activities after school,satisfying the characteristics of life growth,such as integrity,uniqueness and generation.Most students and parents satisfy this.In community activities,students can communicate with others more actively,and try their best to help others.They decide on their own,and are more initiative and self-confident,and they can feel more happiness.In the process of long-term participation in community activities,students can correctly understand and handle the relationship between community activities and daily learning.Most of the students have trained their specialties,established a positive attitude towards life,and achieved healthy physical and mental growth.At the same time,students have more or less mastered the ability of self-help and self-care,and formed positive life values.However,the relationship between teachers and students,management mode and evaluation methods have restricted the further development of the community.As for the reasons are that managers' vision is limited and they don't have the awareness of initial study.And the teachers don't have a strong sense of life and have limited time.Based on these findings,the preliminary conclusions of this thesis are as follows.Community construction has its unique advantages in promoting children's life growth.Its hidden moral function is further highlighted,which is of great benefit to students.However,the development of community cannot rest on its laurels,we should rev up publicity,increase show opportunities and strengthen the construction of brand societies.School administrators should improve the management system and promote the formation of a good community culture by formulating rules and regulations.Community instructors should be highly consistent with the school's concept of promoting children's life growth,gain professional development in communication,training and learning,so as to bring students a better community experience.
