In June 2001,the basic education curriculum reform(outline)proposed:from primary school to high school to set up integrated practical activities curriculum,and as a required course.One of the highlights of the new course and the popularization is the integrative practical activity curriculum in primary school in the reform,put forward new requirements for teachers' professional development,and the existing school teaching organization form and operation mode can not meet the primary school curriculum of comprehensive practical activities of teacher professional development needs.Therefore,how to improve the professional development level of primary comprehensive practice curriculum has gradually become the common concern of the theorists and primary school teachers.In the implementation of the comprehensive practice course construction of primary school teachers' community as an important measure to promote the professional development of teachers,which can improve and reconstruction of the school from the existing organization,and to promote dialogue and cooperation of teachers,to realize teachers' practical knowledge sharing and creation.Through literature analysis and case study of Y school,it is found that there are such problems as imperfect teachers,lack of curriculum awareness and single curriculum resources development in the implementation of comprehensive practice curriculum in primary schools.The implementation of Y primary school representative in the implementation of the integrated practice activity curriculum,comprehensive practice course is mainly through the aspects of teachers,teaching and research group of teachers' community level teachers' community--teachers' collective classes,school level organization of teachers' community and the education bureau organization teachers' community activities.The author takes Schulman's four factors as the analysis framework of the teacher community,and analyzes the whole process of the construction and implementation of the comprehensive practice curriculum of primary school.According to the theory of community of teachers,teachers and students around,comprehensive practice course development of the three aspects of the implementation of the comprehensive practice course construction of primary school teachers'community and put forward some thoughts and suggestions,building a shared vision for community primary school teachers in the comprehensive practice course to form a group of teachers,community organization breakthrough limit to the academic community the free development of the road,for the implementation of the professional development of teachers and the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities wings.
