| In order to make the students trained in education have higher quality and ability,the 2017 version of the high school curriculum standard incorporates mathematical modeling into the core literacy of the six major mathematics.It is an indispensable literacy for future citizens to develop in society.On the basis of carefully reading the literatures related to modeling at home and abroad,the rules for the leveling of modeling literacy were formulated,and the test rolls were compiled to measure high school students.And through the software SPSS 20.0 to analyze and process the data,to explore whether students have certain differences in gender,grade and liberal arts,and to explore whether students’ normal scores and modeling literacy level have a certain correlation.The following main conclusions were obtained through research.Most students have not participated in mathematical modeling,and they have less knowledge of modeling,such as the concept of modeling.They rarely use mathematics to solve practical problems in their daily lives,but they think that what they have learned in math class is useful.The data shows that high school students’ modeling literacy is generally at a low level.The number of students at level 2 is the highest,the number of students at the lowest level is zero,and the number at the highest level of five is zero.Modeling literacy levels have no significant differences in gender,but there are significant differences in grades.From the average point of view,the model literacy level of the second grade is higher than that of the first grade.In addition,there are significant differences in the level of modeling literacy in the arts and sciences.Survey data shows that science students have higher levels of modeling literacy than liberal arts students.However,there is no significant correlation between the student’s usual grades and the level of modeling literacy.For students with good grades,the level of modeling literacy is not necessarily high.Combining personal teaching practice,the following strategies are proposed for high school students’ modeling literacy.First,enhance the teacher’s modeling training and improve the teacher’s modeling literacy.Secondly,pay attention to the modeling teaching materials,explore the appropriate modeling materials,provide rich materials for the teachers’ teaching to facilitate the teacher’s teaching work;then pay attention to The teaching method of mathematical modeling pays attention to the cultivation of students’ modeling skills.Finally,it tries to strengthen the examination of mathematical modeling in the college entrance examination as much as possible,and effectively promotes the implementation and development of modeling education in a wide range. |
