Purpose and significance: The growth and development of children and adolescents are related to the future and hope of the motherland.The high school stage is the final stage of growth and development,and the final stage of the transition from adolescence to adolescence.This period is affected by the dual factors of genetics and environment Whether there are regular differences in physical fitness of different types of adolescents between different dimensions,there is still a lack of relevant research.To this end,this study provides accurate data support and scientific basis for the scientific evaluation of the physical fitness of high school students by analyzing the physical fitness test indicators of students of different ages,different genders,and different development types at the same age.In addition,comparing with the average values of the national and Beijing students 'indicators can make it clearer what level the students' physical health is in the national and Beijing students,and provide feasible solutions and means for later discussion and improvement of their physical health levels.Research method: With the informed consent of the school,teachers and parents,high school students from the Tsinghua Affiliated High School of Beijing were selected as the test subjects,X-rays of the left hand wrist bones were taken from 284 students,and according to the national health of students The standard test index system and method collect the test data of the same period,evaluate the bone age by the Chinese 05 scoring method,use the difference between the bone age and the age of life to calculate the development type,and assess the physical health of the high school student according to the national student physical health standard Level.A one-way analysis of variance was used to compare the constitutional differences of students of different ages and different development types at the same age.Gender differences were compared using independent sample t test.Research result:1.In the comparison of body shape indicators,height basically increases with age,and body weight and body mass index show a wave-like growth.The height and weight of boys in all age groups are basically significantly higher than girls.The body shape indexes of different development groups after 17 years of age are not statistically significant,and only height and weight have significant gender differences among students of different development types.The height and weight are higher than the national average,and only the height and weight of girls are higher than the average of Beijing students.2.The vital capacity that reflects the performance index gradually stabilizes after the age of 16,the 16-year-old group is significantly higher than the 17-year-old group,and the boys are significantly higher than the girls.There was no significant difference in physical function among students of different development types,and all boys except the 15-year-old development group were significantly higher than girls.Physical function is better than the national and Beijing students average.3.In the comparison of physical fitness indicators,boys 'lower extremity explosive qualities gradually increase with age.Speed,flexibility,and endurance qualities show a growth stagnation trend in the 18-year-old group,and strength qualities increase after a significant increase in the 16-year-old group;girls' speed and flexibility At the same time as the quality gradually improved,there was a decrease in the strength quality.The lower extremity explosive quality gradually increased after the 16-year-old group fell,and the endurance quality gradually decreased with the age,and then slightly improved in the 18-year-old group.There was no significant difference in physical fitness between different development types.Except for boys' speed,explosiveness of lower extremities,and flexibility,the remaining groups are higher than the national average;boys' endurance and strength qualities are better than the average of Beijing students,while girls,except for flexibility,are better than the average of Beijing students.4.In the overall evaluation of the physical fitness level,the boys in the18-year-old group had poorer constitutions,and the girls in the 17-year-old group had poorer constitutions.In the overall evaluation of the physical health of students of different development types at the same age,boys in the late development group after16 years old are better than normal development groups,and after 17 years old,the early development group is better than normal development groups;girls are all late development groups than normal development groups group.In the overall evaluation of physical fitness,boys have the worst constitution in the 18-year-old group,and girls have the worst constitution in the 17-year-old group.In the overall evaluation of the physical health of students with different development types at the same age,boys in the late development group were better than the normal development group after16 years old,and early development groups were better than the normal development group after 17 years old;girls were in the late development group better than normal development group group.Analysis conclusion:1.The height of students from 15 to 18 years old basically increases with age,and there is no obvious trend in body weight and body mass index;physical function growth stagnate after 17 years old;the physical fitness of boys continues to increase or stagnate with age,while the speed and The pliable quality gradually increases with age,accompanied by a decline in strength and endurance qualities.2.There is no significant difference in height,physical function and physical fitness of students of the same age and different development types.3.In the comparison of gender differences,in addition to flexibility,height,weight,physical function,speed quality and lower extremity explosive quality are significantly higher for boys than girls.4.Except for the speed of boys,explosive power of lower limbs and flexibility,the physical fitness indexes of students of different ages are higher than the national average.Only the endurance and strength qualities of boys are better than the average level of Beijing students,while girls,except for their flexibility,are better than the average level of Beijing students.5.In the overall evaluation,the physique of the older age group is poorer,and the physique of late-development students is better than that of the normal development group.
