The condition of national physique reflects the physical quality and health level of a country or nation,and will play a decisive role in the economic development and social progress of a country.The present college students are the main force leading the development of social civilization in the 21 st century and play an important role in the future development of our country.Their lifestyle not only reflects the level of social economy and culture to a great extent,but also indicates the changing trend of human material and spiritual life in the next period.Strengthening the physique of college students is a major event related to the future of the country and the nation.Objective: In order to investigate the present situation and characteristics of college students’ lifestyle and to understand the differences of students’ physique and lifestyle between different majors and genders,we carried out this study.This paper analyzes the influence of lifestyle on college students’ physical health level,and finds out the key factors affecting physical health.It provides reference and theoretical basis for promoting college students to form a healthy lifestyle and then promote their physical health development.Methods: First,use the literature method to consult a large number of literature,sort out the research status of college students’ lifestyle,constitution and bone health,to find the entry point of research and write a review.Secondly,on the basis of referring to the "healthy lifestyle Evaluation scale for College students ",the questionnaire of " College students’ lifestyle " was revised.The subjects were investigated by questionnaire and then measured by physique test.Bone mineral density of volunteers was measured by dual energy X radio bone density meter.Finally,the collected results are analyzed by mathematical analysis.Results :(1)By interviewing college students,Set up the content items of the "college students’ lifestyle" questionnaire,Issue expert questionnaires to screen content items,generate a prediction questionnaire.Factor analysis of the results,Remove non-conforming items and test reliability and validity,Form official documents.(2)In physical terms,There was a significant difference in the results of 50 m running between boys in liberal arts and boys in science(P<0.05),There are no differences among other indicators;In terms of lifestyle scores,There was no significant difference in the 8 dimensions and total mean score of the life style of boys in arts and science.(3)There is no significant difference in the results of each index of form,function and quality among girls in arts and sciences,There’s basically no significant difference in lifestyle factors,Health responsibility behavior of girls in science class was better than that in liberal arts class(P<0.05).(4)In terms of physical score,Girls were significantly better than boys(P<0.01);Of the eight factors in lifestyle,Health hazard behavior,health responsibility behavior and stress management behavior of male and female students were significantly different(P<0.01),There were significant differences between life law behavior and interpersonal support behavior(P<0.05).(5)Analysis on the correlation between the scores of life style factors and the results of physical examination.There was a significant negative correlation between dietary nutrition behavior and 50 m(P<0.01),A significant positive correlation between interpersonal support behavior and vital capacity(P<0.01);The correlation between exercise behavior and total score of 50 m running,standing jump and physique test was very significant(P<0.01);There was significant correlation between exercise behavior and vital capacity,1000 m running and traction upward(P<0.05).There was significant correlation between interpersonal support behavior and 50 m running,total life style mean and vital capacity,life appreciation behavior and sitting posture forward flexion,interpersonal support behavior and total score of examination(P<0.05).The correlation between girls’ exercise behavior and the total score of 800 m running and physique test was very significant(P<0.01);Exercise behavior was significantly related to standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,one minute sit-ups(P<0.05);The total score of health hazard behavior and physique test was significantly related,health hazard behavior,health responsibility behavior were significantly associated with 800 m runs(P<0.05).(7)There was no significant correlation between total lifestyle score and bone mineral density of femoral neck and total hip,A significant correlation between exercise behavior in lifestyle and bone mineral density in the femoral neck and hip(P<0.01),dietary healthy behavior was significantly associated with hip bone mineral density(P<0.05).(8)There was a significant correlation between femoral neck bone density and exercise(P<0.01),The Z value of total hip bone density was significantly correlated with the amount of exercise(P<0.05);Femoral neck and total hip bone density were significantly correlated with exercise(P<0.01).(9)The femoral neck and total hip bone density of male sports majors were significantly different from that of non-sports majors(P<0.01);Compared with non-sports students,there was a significant difference in total hip bone density(P<0.05),However,there was no significant difference in femoral neck density.Conclusion :(1)At the university stage,there are no significant differences in life behavior and physique among college students with different specialties.Girls’ living behavior habits are healthier than boys,and healthy lifestyle improves the physical health level of college students.(2)At the university stage,good exercise habits and scientific diet can improve the bone mineral density of students and contribute to the accumulation of peak bone mass in youth.(3)The amount of exercise is the main factor affecting bone mineral density,but the effect of regular sports and high intensity sports on bone mineral density is more significant.
