| The national physical education entrance examination is an important means for the country to select sports talents.The 100-meter run,as the compulsory physical fitness item for the national sports examinees,ranks first in all the examination items.The score of the 100-meter run determines the mentality of the examinees in the follow-up examination.Most of the students for the sports college entrance examination begin sports training after they enter the senior high school.The time is short and the task is heavy.In order to achieve good training effect in a short period of time,the selection of reasonable and efficient training means has always been a problem that basic-level coaches think over and over again.Resistance training can run both sprint special technical and professional strength,can effectively improve the performance,thus is widely applied,but resistance to run various training means,training effect may vary wildly,to explore the training effect of different means of training means,to improve the sports can improve the examinee 100 meters high,and even the improvement of sports performance is of great significance.This paper mainly explores the influence of two kinds of resistance running training on the 100-meter running performance of physical education candidates by means of training experiment.According to the experiment of measuring 100 m divided into level before A group,the experimental group and control group B,the experimental group A with vertical drag class negative training vest,experimental group B class level resistance drag resistance training umbrella and control group according to the special training school hundred meters for given training program,after 8 weeks of experimental intervention,and to the physical quality indexes hundred meters special performance data collection and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:1.Weight vest training method has a good effect on maximum strength,explosive power and explosive endurance growth,while resistance parachute training method has the best effect on response strength improvement.2.The results of 100-meter running before and after the experiment were much better than those of the two experimental groups,indicating that the weight vest and resistance parachute training methods had a positive impact on the results of the100-meter running of the sports candidates and were conducive to the growth of the special results.3.After the experiment,the results of the three groups of 100-meter running were improved,but there was no significant difference in the impact of a series of training methods adopted by the weight vest,resistance parachute and the control group on the results of the 100-meter running.4.Can the weight vest and resistance parachute training as a means of sports students special strength training,when running resistance training athletes should have a certain basis of training,sports training should be integrated in the process of the advantages and disadvantages of various training means,complement each other,recommended "drag resistance training" and "resistance to help training" combined training approach,in theory,will be better than that of single training means. |
