The sprinting requires the athletes to complete the game under extremely anaerobic conditions.The high-level sprinters must have good special skills,speed qualities,and high step and cadence ability to play high levels of competition in the competition.,get the ideal sports score.The special skills of athletes refer to technical links such as folding forward,pressing down,and landing cushioning.Special ability refers to the athlete's step and step ability.How to design a quick and efficient training method and method to improve the sprinter's individual skills and special ability is the main problem facing China's current track and field training methods.In this paper,a series of researches have been conducted by selecting 12 runners of Guangzhou Sport University and 14 students of Physical Education Institute of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education as experimental subjects,combining expert interviews,image analysis,mathematical statistics,and literature data.Methods The impact of self-resistance and pull-pull training on the athletes' special skills and special capabilities was analyzed.The specific techniques of whether self-resistance and pull-pull training could make the athletes run smoothly during the running without affecting the muscle strength integration were analyzed.The special ability forms a training method that can perfect the 100-meter run technology and effectively improve the special ability.Research indicates:1.The advantage of self-resistance traction training compared to traditional decomposing training is that the athletes do not change through the special technology during the running process,and the step length and step frequency capability are improved;the step frequency,step length ability and special technical ability are also improved.Ways to improve athletes' running speed.2.After self-resistance pulling and pulling training,the athletes' understanding of the essentials of the technical actions of the sprint is more clear,the range of forward thighs is increased,the speed of the jaws is accelerated,and the body stability and muscle coordination and strength of the lower limbs are improved.Make athletes walk in the process of running,the ability to improve the frequency.3.Self-resistance traction training is larger than the traditional sprint training load,and it is more obvious for the sprinter's athletic performance improvement than the traditional sprint training.Through the use of self-resistance pull pull training in accordance with the action structure and biomechanical characteristics of the sprinttechnique,the sprinter's ability to flex hips,fold and stretch can be improved during the complete sprint,shortening the sprinter's free time and support time.4.Self-restraint pull training speeds up the sprinter's cadence.Using self-resistance pull-pull training,under the influence of the active leg lift and the elastic force of the sprinter,the leg lift of the athlete increases;the muscles produce stretched reflexes,which promotes the extension of the lower extremities of the athlete's hips,knees and stretches.Accelerate the speed,so as to improve the sprinter's special step ability.5.Self-restraint pull training increases the sprinter's step size.In the use of self-resistance pull training,the sprinter's range of hip movement increases during running,the angle of the hip joint decreases,the sprinter's leg lift ability increases,the step length increases,and the sprinter's special step length is promoted.The capacity has been greatly improved.
