In the rapid development of the 21 st century,how to implement education reforms and improve national quality to meet the needs of future talents has become a common topic in the world.Core literacy,as the local vocabulary of educational theory reform,is not only the core proposition of the worldwide education reform but also a major issue of the development for Pedagogy,which is leading the direction of Chinese future education reform.As the value orientation of nurturing students' core quality,teachers have an A key role in education.the mode of teacher professional education development is changed by teachers' teaching concepts,ways of thinking,and attitudes,which trains students' core literacy and meets the practical demands of the Time development.Therefore,the cultivation of teachers' core quality has also become one of the hot topics in the education circle.At present,most of the researches on the core literacy of music teachers in the academic world is only at the theoretical level,and the research on the core quality of middle school music teachers is even less.Music class,as an important course for implementing quality education,plays a significant role in middle school education activities.In recent years,with the deepening reform of modern education and the change of the music market,it has brought great challenges and opportunities to teachers.Facing drastic changes in the professional environment,music teachers should not only accomplish the teaching tasks but also improve themselves comprehensively.Based on the music education background,this study takes middle school music teachers to the starting point,by the urgent need for teachers' development,the concept of core literacy of students and the perspective of teachers core literacy.Through the literature research,according to the Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers(Trial)promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the book Core Qualities of Teachers in the 21 st Century by Professor Sang Guoyuan of Beijing Normal University,etc.the middle school music teachers should have the core qualities,such as the professional concept literacy,musical knowledge,professional ability and comprehensive literacy.In order to analyze the problems and find out this shortcomings,the questionnaire is used for analyzing the current status of the core literacy for middle school music teachers.Firstly,the study found that grassroots music teachers may pay more attention to quality related to the classroom teaching than the others.Secondly,focusing on theactual teaching of music teachers in middle schools,the core quality of music teachers and classroom teaching practices should be integrated through the analysis of teaching wisdom cases.Finally,Based on above all problems.a strategic study should be implemented to cultivate the core quality of middle school music teachers.
