With the release of the framework and connotation of Chinese pupils' development core literacy,the new curriculum reform in China has entered the era of developing core literacy.It is very urgent and necessary to cultivate primary school pupils' music core literacy.The research on the cultivation of primary school pupils' music core literacy can deepen the research on the cultivation of subject core literacy,and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the cultivation of primary school pupils' music core literacy,which has important theoretical and practical significance.Primary school pupils' music core literacy is the ability of primary school pupils to experience,feel,understand and express music in the process of music learning,including independent music needs,aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding.The cultivation of primary school pupils' music core quality embodies the state's teaching requirements for the aesthetic and humanistic nature of basic education in the new era,reflects the objective law of pupils' learning music,is scientific,and embodies the significance and value of music discipline for pupils' lifelong development.The theoretical basis for the cultivation of primary school students' Music Core Literacy is orff's theory of music education,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and core literacy cultivation theory.There are some problems in the cultivation of primary school pupils' music core literacy,such as the lack of cultivation of independent music needs,the lack of cultivation of aesthetic perception ability,the low effectiveness of cultivation of artistic expression ability,and the worrying cultivation of cultural understanding ability.The reasons for this phenomenon are that teachers don't pay attention to pupils' interest in learning,don't pay attention to music appreciation,don't pay attention to the development of music practice activities,and neglect to broaden the breadth and depth of music works.Based on the problems and reasons of the cultivation of primary school pupils' music core literacy,teachers should strive to cultivate pupils' music core literacy,and schools should support the cultivation of pupils' music core literacy.Specifically speaking,teachers should do the following: take interests and hobbies as the driving force,carefully cultivate the needs of independent music;attach importance to music appreciation,scientifically cultivate pupils' aesthetic perception ability;design rich music practice activities,effectively cultivate the ability of artistic expression;broaden the vision of music,deeply cultivate the ability of musical culture understanding and other strategies.Schools should establish systems and conditions to support the cultivation of pupils' music core literacy,and improve the quality of teachers to develop pupils' music core literacy.
