Since Comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward the suggestion that "special excellent teachers can be evaluated as special grade teachers" in 1978,special grade teachers,as a special outstanding group of primary and secondary school teachers in China,have become the core force of the development of basic education and the reform of new curriculum.Therefore,the research on the special grade teachers in primary and secondary schools has become an important topic.This paper takes the research on the demonstration and leading role of the special history teachers in middle schools as the topic,and takes Yao Guoping,the special history teachers in Yizheng middle schools in Jiangsu Province,and the group of history teachers in Yizheng under his influence as the main body to explore the relevant issues of the demonstration and leading role of the special history teachers in middle schools.The main content of this paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter mainly discusses the connotation of the leading role of the special history teachers in middle school from the aspects of specialty and education,the object of the leading role of the special history teachers in middle school from the aspects of teachers,students and parents,and the validity of the leading role of the special history teachers in middle school from the aspects of current effect and long-term influence.The second chapter mainly takes Yao Guoping's professional guidance,education guidance practice and its effect as an example,and makes a personalized analysis of the guidance practice of the special grade history teachers in middle school.The third chapter mainly discusses the relationship between learning ability and leadership to play a leading role for the middle school history teachers,so as to show that good learning ability and leadership are the important factors for the middle school history teachers to play a leading role.On this basis,it also discusses the basic role of the professional development of the special history teachers in middle schools for professional guidance,education guidance and other aspects of guidance,and puts forward constructive suggestions for promoting the professional development of the special history teachers after their reputation.
