Interaction makes teaching and learning of modern distance education to achieve the re-integration, which is the consensus of many classic study. E-tutor Guidance way in promoting interaction and enhancing the quality of distance learning has an important role, which has been recognized in the domestic and foreign remote education.But the development of modern distance education in China is relatively late, in the early emphasizing learning-platform development and online course development, so people focus on improving the function of the online course and learning platform, and neglect the E-tutor Guidance research and attention. The work of E-tutor is not directed by the related theory,E-tutors lacks the way of the guiding to learning, technique, strategies and so on.This research,systematically study the E-tutor Guidance. Hope to contribute to the development of modern distance education.This paper study completely systematically, thoroughly, carefully the stage of Guidance.guiding and the intention.This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the background of research topics, the topic of research significance, research status at home and abroad, research ideas and research methods. The second chapter analyzes the elements of modern distance education and their relationship, the characteristics of modern distance education, the demands of the modern distance self-learning, on this basis,defines the concept of E-tutors, responsibilities of E-tutors, Also, determines the Guidance is the primary role of E-tutors in modem distance education.Chapter III, based on analyzing the demands of the modern distancself-learning.we can define guiding goal of E-tutors, delimit guiding Behavior of E-tutors,and research guidance of E-tutors from three levels of guiding activity, guiding behavior, guiding operation.Chapter IV,under the modern distance self-learning process model and autonomous learning needs analysis,building E-tutor Guidance stage model, the tutor's guide is divided into three stages:Learning preparation Guidance phase, learning-out phase Guidance. Evaluation and reflection phase.Guidance and analyze the difficulty of the learners learning and tutor's guidance task at every stage. ChapterV, based on the needs of he modern distance self-learning and the purposes of E-tutors'Guidance the intention of Guidance is individed into four kinds, emotional support, technical support, support for metacognitive development, cognitive development support, and for each Guidance the intention design the Guidance strategies, methods and steps.E-tutors'Guidance has been systematically studied in the thesis. The thesis providing reference for E-tutors'Guidance, thereby increasing the Guidance quality of teachers, promote learners to better adapt to learning environment, to acquire learning methods and strategies, and improve self-learning ability and develop learners'cognitive structure.
