The promulgation and implementation of "National Teacher Training Program" shows the determination of China to improve the overall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools,and promote theirs' professional development.But there are also many problems,for example,the teacher can not effectively practice after returning to school,to guide the training has become a form,the actual effect is not significant.And practice of teacher education also calls for reform of teacher training on the basis of the knowledge transfer,lecture hall,for learning place of the traditional training mode,into practice itself as the best way to train teachers.Attaches great importance to the tracking guidance training to cater to the needs of teacher training practice,to implement the field study in the real practice of training.Tracking guidance training is based on the real teaching practice,and problem solving oriented,and is based on effective collaboration between universities and primary or secondary schools,trainers and teachers,under the effective organization of training institutions and the guidance of trainers,and it is a teacher training process that finally realizes teachers' autonomous learning and the development.At the same time,tracking guidance training plays an irreplaceable role and value guidance,it is not only the effective way to promote teachers' learning transfer,promote teacher action,implement the learn for apply,but also is an important measures to service continuing professional learning and development of teachers.But through the investigation of a project of "national teacher training plan" found that on-site tracking guidance training is insufficient,some guidance lack of pertinence,the teachers' initiative is low,the actual effect of tracking guidance training is not ideal.Through interviews and participate in the training,I found that the barriers of realistic human and financial resources,time and space,and the traditional training culture and utilitarian training thinking constraints of the training institutions,resulting in not fully implemented tracking guidance training.The heavy task of multiple roles and the current assessment and evaluation system for teachers,as well as the lack of their own ability to guide the practice,bound some trainers,affecting the quality of activities of tracking guiding training.The evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers under the Examination-oriented education,and the teachers' resistance to the change practice,Weakened down teachers' participation and development enthusiasm in training.In addition,the lack of effective communication between trainers and primary or secondary school teachers,cultural conflicts blocking the effective cooperation between university and primary or secondary schools,that affect the efficiency and actual effect of tracking guidance training.Therefore,based on the principle of tracking guidance training and the problems that exist in the reality,it is the key to scientific plan and design tracking guidance training,establish collaborative tracking guidance training mechanism,improve the specialization degree of trainers of tracking guidance training and perfect tracking guidance training related management and evaluation system.Based on such an effort,to implement the tracking guidance training,security the effect and quality of tracking guidance training,and ultimately promote sustainable professional development of teachers.
