For the current objectives of Chinese teaching in secondary schools in China,in terms of composition teaching,the evaluation of composition is still a very important subject.The composition evaluation not only measures the overall language literacy of the students,but also relates to the students' ability to survive and develop in the future society.However,according to the survey of the current situation of composition teaching in Haozhuang secondary School,composition teaching has fallen into a difficult situation.Inefficient and low-quality composition evaluation has become the biggest obstacle to the development of language composition teaching in rural secondary schools.The reform of composition teaching is urgent.Through surveys and interviews with teachers and students of Haozhuang Secondary School,the author found that the current students' attitude towards the composition review is not correct,resulting in inefficient composition reform.In addition,due to the individual differences in students' knowledge and cultural literacy,the quality of composition evaluation is uneven.Affected by the national special post policy,most of the teachers in rural junior high schools are young special post teachers.They lack rich teaching experience and have not drawn up specific and detailed plans for reference in composition evaluation.The standards for composition evaluation are ambiguous.Very good to promote students' understanding of writing evaluation and writing skills.In addition,due to the backward rural economic conditions,the parents of students go out to work,and the lack of school education funds,the school hardware is relatively backward,which greatly limits the use of other evaluation methods such as parent evaluation and online evaluation.Until now,Haozhuang Middle School is still a teacher.The evaluation is changed to the traditional evaluation method of the master.This single method of evaluation greatly wastes time and has not achieved a significant effect.This paper takes Haozhuang Middle School in Lincheng County,Xingtai City as an example.Starting from the current situation of high time consuming,low efficiency and poor effect in composition evaluation in composition teaching,combined with the practice experience of composition teaching in Haozhuang Secondary School,this paper proposes the methods and countermeasures to improve the efficiency of composition evaluation in rural Secondary school.This thesis first uses the new Chinese curriculum standard,modern writing and constructivism as the research basis for the research of Secondary school essay evaluation and reform in rural area.It investigates the composition evaluation and reform of Haozhuang Secondary School and analyzes the results.According to the statistics of the survey results,Haozhuang Secondary School's composition evaluation has its own special advantages,but also has some shortcomings.For example,teachers have ambiguous standards when reviewing composition,and have a single method of reviewing composition;students have poor efficiency in reviewing composition,and the quality of review is uneven.Through investigation and research on the above issues,the author puts forward three suggestions for teachers and students in rural secondary schools:From the perspective of teachers,teachers should first focus on emotional education,encourage mainly,and change less;second,teachers must Update the composition evaluation reform concept,and the evaluation reform methods should be diversified.Finally,teachers should strive to build a comprehensive composition evaluation system and work out specific,feasible and effective composition evaluation standards to guide composition evaluation.From the perspective of students,first of all,students should establish correct self-evaluation and mutual evaluation of emotional attitudes and values;secondly,students should improve self-evaluation and self-revision consciousness;finally,students must strive to improve the quality of composition evaluation and reform.On the basis of previous studies on composition evaluation and reform,this thesis combines the characteristics of composition teaching in rural areas to try to change the status of composition evaluation and reform in rural junior high schools,and provides effective suggestions for composition evaluation.We hope to find a strategy suitable for rural secondary school composition review to improve students writing level.
