Since 2015,after the concept of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" was put forward by the state,maker education has been widely concerned by the educational community.Scratch software is a visual programming tool.Because of its comprehensive functions,it is regarded as an important technical tool support for maker education in the basic education edition of China's maker education blue book by experts.However,at present,there are relatively few theoretical and practical researches on the development of maker school-based curriculum with scratch as a technical tool in China's basic education stage,especially in the underdeveloped areas,due to the lack of a suitable scratch school-based curriculum development model,school teachers and students can not experience the value of maker Education in time.In view of the above problems,this paper focuses on the construction and practical application of scratch maker school-based curriculum development model.In order to build a curriculum development model suitable for the actual situation of the school,this paper takes three dominant models of school-based curriculum development as the blueprint,uses SWOT situation analysis method to compare and analyze the three models,extracts the effective elements of this curriculum development for the school-based background analysis,from which a more comprehensive school-based background analysis can be formed to guide the subsequent development of the curriculum,according to the junior high school background analysis According to the requirements of the general objectives of the information technology course,the course objectives are formulated in the way of three-dimensional objectives,the course contents are selected according to the content characteristics of maker education and the requirements of programming content teaching in junior high school,the course contents are organized according to the project-based learning method advocated by maker education and under the guidance of Dewey experience course content organization concept,and then the teaching practice is carried out according to the course implementation plan Finally,the effectiveness of the curriculum development model is tested through the analysis of the teaching effect.The innovation of this study is to use SWOT situation analysis method to analyze and compare three kinds of school-based curriculum development leading modes in primary and secondary schools,integrate the advantages of the three kinds of curriculum development leading modes,and make the curriculum development more comprehensive and operational.
