In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,Maker movement has pushed to the world,to promote the development of all walks of life.The collision of Maker and education is a new development opportunity for the reform of education in China.The large-scale development of Maker education requires the support of the curriculum,however,guidance for K12 education in the curriculum development of Maker curriculum have not yet been introduced,only a few first-line practitioners have developed part of the school-based Maker education.The absence of the Maker course seriously hinders the development of Chinese Maker education.In view of the above problems,analyzed the current situation of primary and secondary school Maker education in China,as well as the characteristics of primary and secondary school Maker curriculum,combined with innovative education,project-learning theory,experiential-learning theory,and curriculum development theory,this study designed and developed a school-based curriculum of Raspberry Pi for the elementary school higher grades students,so as to provide useful experience and reference for the development of Maker course.This paper focuses on the process of the development of the school-based curriculum from the eight aspects of the curriculum development framework,based on the project,the analysis of students' characteristic,the curriculum goal,the resource development,the teaching material development,the teaching activity design and the teaching evaluation design.Based on project-learning,it aims to develop a school-based course of Raspberry Pi that can cultivate students' creative ability,exchange cooperation ability,hands-on ability and language skills.In order to verify the effectiveness of curriculum development,the author of the team in conjunction with Jinzhou City Children's Library,founded Raspberry Pi robot public service classroom for the elementary school higher grades students.The Student creative design and production,together to complete the classroom project,through the public service classroom.The results show that the Raspberry Pi course designed and developed by this institute has achieved good results for cultivating students' innovative ability,practical ability and team-work ability.In addition,this study also enumerates the feedback of students in the course of teaching practice,and has carried on the reflection to each kind of question which appeared in the course of curriculum implementation,in order to provide reference for the future development of school-based Maker curriculum of elementary and middle school students.
