As an important channel for young students to realize their self-worth and social value,as an important carrier for the reform and innovation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and as an important part of social practice,the volunteer service activities of college students can not be ignored in both its importance and necessity.At present,the effectiveness and reality of College Students' voluntary service activities still need to be improved.The fundamental question is whether college students can really start from the heart and effectively internalize the voluntary service into the heart and externalize it into the action-that is,whether college students have a higher psychological identity to the voluntary service.Based on practice,with the theoretical support of Ideological and political education psychology and pedagogy,this paper expounds how to turn passive voluntary service requirements into conscious voluntary service enthusiasm from the perspective of psychological identity.Starting from the meaning of identity and psychological identity,this paper sets up the theoretical framework of College Students' psychological identity in voluntary service,and combs the concept,content,characteristics and significance in detail;explores the status quo of College Students' psychological identity in voluntary service,and clarifies that most students hold a positive attitude towards voluntary service at present,and the general environment of voluntary service has made significant progress compared with the past,but There are still some problems,such as utilitarian tendency,lack of emotional identity,poor subjective consciousness and lack of long-term nature.This paper explores the causes of College Students' insufficient psychological identity in voluntary service from the three parts of subjective factor,object factor and other factors,taking this as the starting point,combining the characteristics of current situation and psychological identity,starting from the perspective of cognitive identity,emotional identity,value identity and behavior identity This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the psychological identity of college students in voluntary service,and provides new ideas to improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of College Students' voluntary service.
