As the largest and deepest curriculum reform since the founding of New China,the new curriculum reform is the main basis for the reform of basic education curriculum evaluation in contemporary China.However,judging from the policy text,the curriculum evaluation reform has been fully brewed,and this has already begun to take shape in the 1999 “Action Plan for Education Revitalization for the 21 st Century”.In 2002,the ministry of education's “Notice on Actively Promoting the Reform of Evaluation and Examination Systems in Primary and Secondary Schools” was promulgated,which pointed out the direction for the curriculum evaluation reform in China.Since then,with the continuous advancement of China's basic education curriculum reform,the curriculum evaluation reform has also made considerable progress.As an important part of the new curriculum reform process,the basic education curriculum evaluation reform is the system guarantee to ensure the smooth progress of the curriculum reform.Combing and analyzing the history of China's basic education curriculum evaluation reform can not only enrich China's basic education curriculum evaluation research results,broaden the relevant research horizons,but also summarize the successful experience of the reform,and provide practical reference for deepening the curriculum evaluation reform.At the same time,the discussion of the existing predicament of reform and the deepening strategy are also conducive to promoting the deepening of the new round of curriculum reform.In order to promote the further deepening of the basic education curriculum evaluation reform in China,the literature research method,historical research method and comparative research method are mainly used to analyze the relevant historical materials of the reform,and the development context of the reform is divided into the gestation period(1999-2002),the exploration period(2003-2013),and the deepening period(2014-2019)according to each major historical node,and analyzed the basic form of reform in terms of value orientation,evaluation language,evaluation subject,and evaluation method,summarized the successful experience of the reform in terms of policy design,practice foundation,key measures and intellectual support.Secondly,to reflect on the existing problems of reform,and to examinethe curriculum evaluation reform from the perspective of the connection between theory and practice,we can find that the current curriculum evaluation reform theory and practice have broken away;at the level of curriculum evaluation reform practice,there has been a problem of implementation variation,mainly manifested in the course evaluation reform instead of examination reform,the reform promotion mechanism presents "path dependence",the divergence of upstream communication loops of multiple evaluation subjects,and the lack of local and school-level curriculum evaluation;the lack of systematic planning and other curriculum evaluation management disorder activities restrict the relevance of the reform;from a cultural perspective,the centralized power culture and deep-rooted examination culture tradition derived from the vertical power relationship have become the deep shackles of the curriculum evaluation reform.Finally,in view of the above problems,the deepening strategies of reform are proposed from the aspects of theory,practice,system and culture.In practice,the overall design of curriculum evaluation should be improved,effective curriculum evaluation standards should be established,relatively independent curriculum evaluation agencies or organizations should be established,and training should be strengthened to improve the evaluation ability of multiple subjects;in terms of systems,to reform the examination evaluation system that purpose is selection,perfect subject evaluation system of curriculum evaluation and construction of curriculum evaluation supervision mechanism provide system guarantee for curriculum evaluation reform;in terms of culture,the cultural turn of curriculum evaluation reform is realized through culture consciousness,and then play the role of curriculum evaluation culture for curriculum evaluation reform lead the role,resolve the crisis of curriculum evaluation reform,and lead the direction of reform.
