Motor learning has always been one of the core issues of physical education, and transfer theory is also the focus of motor learning. In the migration phenomenon, there is a migration between the two limbs of the learning transfer is called bilateral learning transfer. The performance of the untrained contralateral limb on the same motor task improved after training on the monomotor task.Previous research on motor learning has looked at the effects of attention focus, awareness strategies, and post-learning migration. The influence of migration direction on migration effect in bilateral migration was also investigated. On this basis, this study explored the effects of migration direction, attention focus and consciousness strategy on motor learning and bilateral migration through experiments. This study adopted the experimental design between 2󫎾 subjects.64 subjects aged 18-26 with normal body development, healthy body and normal vision were selected from the volunteers to carry out the experiment.Right-handed(dominant hand)subjects were recruited to carry out the experiment.Explore the migration direction(right hand to left hand migration, left hand to right hand migration);attention focus(internal focus, external focus); The influence of consciousness strategy(consciousness monitoring and consciousness control)on the learning performance of darts and the amount of transfer after learning. Results:the performance of the external focus group was better than that of the internal focus group. The study result of the consciousness monitoring group was better than that of the consciousness control group. For the migration amount, the migration amount from the non-dominant hand to the dominant hand is greater than that from the dominant hand to the non-dominant hand. The migration of subjects in the external focus group was greater than that in the internal focus group. The amount of transfer in the consciousness control group was better than that in the consciousness monitoring group. There was an interaction between the influence of migration direction and attention focus on the amount of migration(F=9.829,p<0.05),and there was an interaction between the influence of attention focus and awareness strategy on the amount of migration(F=4.294,p<0.05).However,it should be pointed out that the migration direction, attention focus and awareness strategy had an interactive effect on the amount of migration(F=20.318,p<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the learning task of darts throwing,it is better to concentrate on the darts board.2.In the learning task of darts throwing, conscious control of one's own movement will make the learning effect better.3.The migration amount from dominant hand to non-dominant hand is smaller than that from non-dominant hand to dominant hand.4.In the process of bilateral sexual migration of darts throwing, the effect of bilateral sexual migration is better under the practice of external focused attention.5.In the process of bilateral sexual migration of darts throwing, the effect of bilateral sexual migration is better under the practice mode of conscious control of self-movement.6.There was an interaction between the influence of migration direction and attention focus on the amount of migration, and there was an interaction between the influence of attention focus and awareness strategy on the amount of migration. The influence of migration direction, attention focus and consciousness strategy on migration amount has interactive effect.
