A Study On The Identity Of Yoga Instructors In Xi'an

The identity of a yoga tutor refers to its recognition of categorizing itself as a group of yoga instructors in terms of cognition and professional value orientation,emotionally forming a sense of belonging and identity to the yoga tutor,and acting as a subject behavior consistent with the identity of the yoga tutor.The level of yoga tutor's identity has important significance for their individual identity and social identity.This study mainly investigates the status of Xi'an yoga tutor's identity,explores its differences in demographic variables,analyzes the existence of different dimensions of identity,and proposes strategies for constructing Xi'an yoga tutor's identity.Based on the analysis of relevant literature in the previous period,following the scientific research procedures,the reliability and validity test,independent sample T test,and one-way analysis of variance were performed through prediction questionnaires.43 items were compiled to form the "Xi'an Yoga tutor Identity Questionnaire ",Including the four dimensions of yoga tutor"s professional value identity,professional skills identity,social situation identity and behavioral orientation identity.The overall situation of yoga tutor's identity and its differences in gender,age,education,income,and job nature were analyzed,and the relationship between the different dimensions of the identity of different variables affecting each other was explored.Finally,the following conclusions were reached:(1)The identity of Xi'an yoga tutor is generally moderate to upper,which belongs to the general recognition level.The differences between the dimensions are obvious.The scores of the four dimensions from high to low are professional skills identity>occupational value identity>behavioral tendency identity>social situation identity,indicating that the yoga tutors in Xi'an are generally aware of yoga fitness Professional skills and knowledge of the career,and recognition of the professional knowledge and skills that should be possessed by a yoga tutor,as well as professional values,but the social recognition and recognition of others in the work are not high,and the positive internal evaluation is subject to external low recognition threats;(2)There is a significant difference in the degree of identity of Xi'an yoga tutor in the variables of gender,age,education,and income.The specific situation is:There are significant differences in the professional value and social situation of the yoga tutors of different genders.The identity level of male yoga tutors is significantly higher than that of female yoga tutors.Yoga tutors of different ages have professional skills and social situational identity There are significant differences.Yoga tutors aged 36-40 have a high level of professional skills and social situational identity.Yoga tutors of different teaching ages have significant differences in the dimensions of professional value,professional skills and social situational identity.The overall identity of yoga tutors of different teaching ages,There are significant differences in the level;there is a significant difference in the behavioral orientation dimension of yoga tutors with different academic qualifications.In the behavioral orientation identity dimension,yoga tutor with a master's degree or higher are higher than other yoga tutors;There are significant differences in the professional skills and behavioral tendencies of yoga tutors with different incomes.Yoga tutors with an income of 6-8 thousand yuan have higher scores on the identity level of other dimensions than other income levels.The increase of yoga tutor's tuition fee basically shows an increasing degree of identity.Yoga tutors with different tuition fees have different professional skills and There are significant differences in behavioral tendencies.In terms of professional skills,the level of yoga professional skills with a class fee of more than 300 yuan is higher than that of a yoga tutor with a class fee of 100-200 yuan.The level of identity of a yoga tutor in Xi'an is not affected by the nature of the yoga tutor's work.The level of identity in part-time yoga tutor's is not lower than that of full-time yoga.(3)The problems with the identity of yoga tutors are included in four dimensions,including conflicts in multiple professional identities of yoga tutors,unclear career planning,weak professional self-construction awareness,difficulty in pursuing asanas,recognition of others and social prestige,and the main factors affecting the identity of Xi'an yoga tutors are the impact of yoga on yoga tutors,patience,female dominance in yoga,and alienation of yoga competitions.Based on the main existing problems of the identity of yoga tutors,this paper proposes specific strategies for constructing the identity of yoga tutors from both the social and personal aspects by optimizing the external environment and internal motivation of the yoga tutors' identity in Xi'an.Improving the identity of a yoga tutor includes pursuing the spiritual level of the yoga tutor's spiritual experience and the study of yoga theoretical knowledge,instead of staying in the difficult poses;establishing the correct yoga tutor's professional values and formulating a clear career plan;rationally positioning Xi'an social identity of the city yoga instructor.Improving the identity of yoga tutors from the perspective of improving the external environment includes improving the training system for yoga tutors in Xi'an to promote the comprehensive development of their professional skills;the organizers of the event effectively grasp the propaganda direction of fitness yoga competitions,while paying attention to the guidance of yoga "shape" pay more attention to the promotion of the cultural value of yoga,eliminate the existence of alienation in yoga competitions;strengthen the system and cultural construction of yoga tutors,with a view to promoting the overall improvement of the level of identity of yoga tutors in Xi'an,and then to promote the development of yoga fitness in China.The propaganda and promotion of yoga in our country provide strong theoretical support.
